No refunds for people who alrady bought Orsinium?

This would have to be asked on the official ESO forums if you ever hoped for a direct response to your inquiry, and the thing is that because all refunds are only given at their discretion it would be up to them entirely if they decided it was "fair" to do so... I wouldn't bet on it.

Older DLC being given for free for a mostly free game, and a reasonable monthly payment of $14 for ESO Plus for total unhindered access to years worth of entertainment is not that bad if you think about how much people have to pay for various other subscription services.

In fairness, this is only possibly the third time I can recall a DLC being given out as a daily log in reward. Mirkmire was a log-in reward years ago, and I don't ever recall buying Vvadernfel but I own the DLC so maybe that was a log-in reward at some point, though I might have got it somehow else.

So I'd say get any DLC that you want, as they're not commonly a log-in reward and if they are a log-in reward at some point, then I guess that's just the roll of the dice. And hopefully you'll get enough enjoyment from them to not feel like you got ripped off.

Though I would always advise waiting for a sale, but I rarely buy anything at full price.

Devs gave a nix mount to morrowinf owners and reduced buying an expansion to buying a blank mount. They ıued to give ESO+ players a free crown crate during free ESO+ weeks too. Now they have realised they can get away with any kind of behaviour so they do not even care about players. You get nothing if you already bought the content. They milked you and they do not own you any thing.

For those who already have the dlc, from the 4th you’ll be able to get a free mount and 3 free costumes from the crown store, if you’ve done the zone’s achievements for them already.

I don't really care about if they give dlcs away for free or not.

What bugs me is that this damn dlc giveaway prevents me from claiming the rest of the daily login rewards because I can't claim the dlc since I already own it.

Edit: if that is already fixed at this time then good, I still lost a few days because of that though.

The issue was fixed the same day as the reward when up. If you didnt relog after thats on you. And even before they fixed it, there was workaround to make it work.

Not for me, I logged in on the 2nd and 3rd and could not claim anything (EU server), I have yet to try again today when I come home from work

trust me there are more than enough players who buy the yearly chapter expansion right away and are subed to ESO+ on a regular basis to spend all the crowns they get from the sub on DLC from the crownstore, they 100% have no desire to get Orsinium for free
but if you watch on Twitch every streamer is like "yeah we get free stuff" just ridiculous.
And you know these streamers also dont get paid, they just like every time ZOS dumps a huge pile of ♥♥♥♥ right on their head.
