Issues with Daily Login Reward Day 2 For Orsinium DLC
Hi all, we have seen several reports on players on PC EU of issues claiming the day two daily login rewards. We are aware of the issue and gathering information at this current time. We'll follow up once we have more information.

For those currently impacted, if you could note the following, it would help with providing our teams with added information.
Please note the following:
  • If you claimed day one rewards?
  • Do you own Orsinium already?
  • Any additional updates?

For those on PC NA, if you come across this issue once day two reset happens, please make note of that in this thread as well. Appreciate everyone's assistance as we gather information and work this out.

Hey all,

Thank you for your patience today, and for helping us investigate the issue where some players were (and in some cases still are) unable to claim the Day 2 of the March Daily Login Reward. We rebooted the PC NA server today as part of our investigation and testing. Tomorrow morning starting at 4:00 AM ET/9:00 AM GMT we are rebooting the PC EU servers. We will monitor how things look after the maintenance ends and the March Daily Login Reward rolls over to Day 3. That happens at 3:00 AM UTC (10:00 PM ET) and 10:00 AM UTC (5:00 AM ET) on NA servers. We need that rollover to happen in order to assess if the fix worked.

We will keep this thread open. We do want to hear from you tomorrow morning if you still cannot claim your Day 2 (or Day 3) rewards after the maintenance is complete and Daily Login Rewards roll over to Day 3.

Again, thank you for your patience and we'll check back in tomorrow morning.


Final Update:
Hi Everyone, now that we have resolved the Orsinium Daily Login Reward issue from this past weekend, we want to provide a mini-retrospective on what happened. Additionally, we have follow-up information for players who are locked out of Day 30 and Day 31 rewards.

One of our goals here at ZOS is to continuously develop and launch new experiences for players. To do this without adding additional patches and downtime, we prepared a no-downtime hotfix that added the Orsinium DLC to the March Daily Login Rewards as well as additional support for the Orsinium Achievement Challenge[www.elderscrollsonline.com]. ESO hotfixes are designed to be deployed without requiring a game realm restart, but in this case, the hotfix did not correctly update to existing game instances. It did apply correctly to newly created instances, which is why some players succeeded in claiming the reward while others did not.

We will be reviewing the hotfix process and method for delivering any similar future rewards via hotfix. (And a big thank you to our Live and Engineering teams who worked all weekend to debug the issue and unblock the Orsinium DLC claim for everyone.)

We hope this provides some clarity around the issues from this weekend -- and now let's talk about the locked-out Daily Login Rewards.

In addition to the above, we are aware that players who attempted to claim Daily Login Rewards during the beginning of the month are locked out of the Day 30 and 31 rewards, despite successfully claiming the Orisinium DLC. To make this right, players who logged in to ESO on February 29, March 1, or March 2 will be given the day 30 and day 31 rewards, 3000 Tel Var Stones and 5000 Gold.
  • PC players will be granted these currencies during the Update 41 maintenance on March 11.
  • Console players will be granted these currencies during the realm reboots on March 20.
This allows us to avoid additional downtime for these grants as well. Players will receive their currencies upon logging into ESO after maintenance.

Thanks to everyone for your patience and proactive reporting as we worked to address the Daily Login Rewards issue this past weekend. We hope you enjoy the rest of March’s Orsinium activities!

Problem with rewards, have orisnium.
It doesn't unlock for me.
Yes, I logged in every single day.
No, I don't own Orsinium, or any other DLC.
I own the Necrom Collection, that's it.
PC NA player i have orsinium because of subscription and the calendar skip a reward. Some guildies say there game reset but mine still the same and i had been login every day
For me too I login calendar skipped few days, even though I logged on during both daily resets, p.s. I do have Orsinium
Got day one, but day two skipped for me, also don't have the DLC.

OK, after the reset, I got all my craftable mail, could train the mount at stable etc, but still stuck at not being able to unlock day 2 of login reward, the Orsinium one. It's gonna be like this all month if nothing changes on the server side, I presume.
Yeah, just logged after the daily reset: Day 2 item is still unavailable and listed as unlocking in 24hrs, and the last TWO rewards of the month are now forfeited :steamsad:

Can't claim Orsinium DLC from daily rewards (I already have it) so it's just resets every day.
Im playing ESO from epic games. NA Server PC

Claimed March 1 - Yes
Own Ornisium DLC - No
Don't have eso plus
Don't have any dlc

Still after the maintence, my account is still harmed with this issue. Could not claim day 2 reward.
