Where it is not shown?

You have bought High Isle Collection? Or High Isle Upgrade?

Can you teleport to Western Skyrim wayshrine in the game? Or it says that you need to buy Greymoor chapter?

ED: In the Steam client: click on V button in the top right corner -> about account -> "purchase history" or "activation history" -> you will see exact names of your purchases. Also you can click on them to see included games/DLCs.

Something went wrong - in steam i see the dlc´s but in eso there are no new regions to travel.

Funny enough I'm having the same issue.
I've just pre-purchased Gold Road and in game it says I'm missing Greymoor and BlackWood.
Should I contact ESO or is this and issue with Steam?

I dont know how to contact eso? is there a posibility ingame?

You can't travel to Western Skyrim? One wayshrine is always available there but only owners of Greymoor can use it.

You can't travel to Western Skyrim and Blackwood? ED: Old chapters are part of "Collection" version. "Upgrade" gives access to one chapter from its title.

There is "Support" button in the game launcher.

^^As Andrey said

buying a collection gives you ownership(access) of older chapters.

do this:
in game press "M" (map)
there on your right side you wil see 5 tabs

Quest, Key, Filters, Locations, Houses.
click on Locations
scroll down and look for Blackood, and further down for Western Skyrim
both zones will have a wayshrine you can port to.
good luck!

Check DLC Section in Crownstore - the ones you own are grey.

don't forget, you always have to activate dlc, and dungeons you buy, inside the game!
Nope - activated at steam there is no option to activate in game

Try collections, Stories and see if you can accept the quest there, if not: Write a ticket to support

that is a lot more than 25 start quest if they were activate automatically!
It is possible to play without starting a zone quest. They just place them together in that menu for easy access.

Same I had to refund it cause I got angry :3 but was disappointed that it says greymoor on the dlc and it's 17.99 rn and includes greymoor but isn't showing up
LOL, I have same issue. I bought Gold Road Collection (there is Greymoor in a description of collection, but I haven't it in my DLC list)
