ESO won't Launch

Game won't Launch, tried looking up youtube videos and tried a couple of different things to get it to work but none have worked. anyone have an idea on how i might be able to get it to work?

No, it saids running for a few moments then just stops all together and nothing happens.

Along trying a couple of different things do they include verifying the Steam installation files?
If no, verify the files
If yes and still doesn't work, try to go to the file location for the game .exe and try running it from outside Steam, maybe even as admin.

I am unable to verify steam files as that button isn't clickable for some odd reason. I've attempted to run the game as admin and that doesn't work. I'm currently trying to figure out a way to launch the game from outside steam but can't find any launchers

first time playing or played before?

check your firewall and antivirus logs. might be blocking something.

some log files in various areas - wade thru them. might be an error msg.
try folders
...\steam\steamapps\common\zenimax online\logs
...\steam\steamapps\common\zenimax online\launcher
Documents\elder scrolls online live/logs

My played time is 62 hours.

I'll try these ideas out once i finish reinstalling it.

I can log in to the NA pc megaserver. maybe the one you are using has a problem

A few suggestions in no particular order:

- Make sure nothing is blocking the connection, like firewall or antivirus.
- Go-to folder Steam -> Steamapps -> Common -> ESO and launch the .exe from there
- Try "run as administrator" to launch game/launcher/.exe.
- If these do not work, you may need to reinstall. Only suggestions I can think of.

same thing happening to me but im getting error 303 patch unzip failed. i have 100+ hours in the game this issue just started up a few days ago

I've launched the game from the ESO.exe and got into the game but then it said the launcher was out of date? I just can't win with this game. maybe fates just telling me to replay skyrim i guess.

I've also tried running as administrator. I've also tried reinstalling it. nothing works. Though the idea that something might be blocking it could possibly be it though i have no idea what or how to even check for that.

I know I am late in this. But if your still having this issue.. Shut down Steam and relaunch steam in admin mode (This is bloody annoying since it limits som functions of steam chat like picture sharing and gif running) It is something on Ciminax's end that fudging up and they can't be asked to FIX it.. It don't work if you just try to run the games launch in Admin it have to be steam to launch in admin mode.
