Where can i see the ESO Key ?
Hey there. I bought Eso but didn´t get any cd key.
can´t see the "show cd Key" option when i right click in library...
pls help Thnx

I tried the Steam Overlay thing and it's a no go. This sucks.
I already emailed zenimax online, they can't help with the steam version, It's up to valve

What OS are you using and what country are you in? Also try force updating your steam client.

I have the same problem. If this isn't resolved with a re-install, I'll be calling my credit card company to get a reversal. I suggest everyone do the same, then re-purchase from Zenimax directly.

Solution: Have CC company reverse the charge (this hits Valve's record with them) for goods not delivered/fraudulent business practices, then re-purchase with Zenimax directly.

I'm well aware of the chargeback option but I don't want to go all out nuclear on them yet. I'll give them a day or two before I exercise my rights as a consumer. I am upset, pissed and just really disappointed with Valve but I don't want to do anything rash that I may regret later. I'll sleep on it and let my cool head prevail in the end.

For all those who do decide to contact their CC companies, please post results here (Valve's reaction, amount of time to resolve the dispute, etc). Good luck with whatever you all decide :)

I thin i'll wait as well... if this many people did not receive key's there HAS to b a reason, it's not like 1 or 2 bugs there are threads popping up everywhere. It was also just on sale half price up until the 21st. Being that today is the 22nd, maybe there is some kind of issue in that regard. I will wait and see if anything changes and then go from there. :) if anyone gets any sort of news please let us all know we are eagerly waiting.
I'm willing to give it a few days given that it was just released on steam not to long ago.

Same problem here. Imperial Edition. No CD Key.

I had the Beta installed from back in the day. Not sure if that's related. Seems doubtful.

Whilst I haven't been affected by this (is the Imperial edition the only one affected?) this appears to be quite an issue for more than enough people for it to be a user error. Hopefully someone from ZeniMax is onto this contacting Steam as Steam support is challenging to deal with at the best of times. A further ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ response other than directing people to the obvious "contact support" (which many appear to have done to no avail) would bode well for this great game getting over its beta "hiccups" :)

Its not steams fault, its usually related to not enough keys and more copies sold then keys available. Also all this talk of boycotting Valve aka steam is stupid. Most games for PC are being routed through Steam now as its the biggest game platform and allows developers to sell more copies and get noticed. Not to mention you will not see games cheaper then they are on steam for the most part.
That's why I'm wating for a week or so.

No but the only reason because there cheap is because they dont work... Sherlock.
Why do they sell something that does not work? Thats fraud.

Call it what you want. I am having the charges reversed and purchasing it through the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ESO site. I understand problems, but I cannot forgive what appears to be a total disregard of this issue. I could even wait a few more days provided we got some sort of response from a Steam admin.
