All this money, expansion releases... etc -- but still to this day no Oceania server support. We actually do want to experience the game but we refuse to play and be forced to use servers that give us 300ms+ ping

We asked for local servers for years now, we will not accept anything above 10-80 ms range. Fix your game.

I fully agree.

Alltho the game has often horrible performance even for locals near PC NA or EU servers, even from same or neighbor country. Me and many friends have ping constantly jumping anything between 100-500ms even we are all near enough our region server and everyone has like 30ms ping to every other mmo game that has servers in same countries as ESO does. So it's not our connection. ESO feels like it's servers are located in the moon often.

Their megaserver structure is badly coded or something, especially Cyrodiil functions and even Veteran trials where people do optimal rotation, it clearly starts to lag even in instances for a small group. I can play other games with 100 people on screen without issues in high resolutions in max settings, but ESO? Nope. Lags, rubberbanding and skill delays of up to 5 seconds, yes, some skills take 5 seconds or not trigger at all, when server side check does decide your target was/is no longer there even if is at your screen still. So the location desync of characters is big also in pvp. There is plenty of youtube clips on this issue.

Also better beware saying any critical feedback like this here, even it's true, since some few of the locals here are so fanatic that if you tell the truth how broken the game and server is, they just rather attack you personally and say the game works perfectly and has no lag etc, and you are just a troll and hater of the game for wanting a better product when telling your opinion and experiences about it.

ZOS does not respect it's old players time and money invested into the game. Rather than fixing things, they just grind new players in who buy stuff before quitting when hits endgame and notices all the issues. :( And still some just defend that everything is fine.
