Hello, where can I buy stuff for my horse? I use my armor to make it look more magnificent or is that not possible?

Sadly, no armor for them. Thou, you can change how they look with their skill levels in speed, stamina and capacity.

If you level your riding stamina to 30, all your mounts will wear some form of armor automatically.

Your mount gets visible armor and bags when you spend money on training (speed/stamina/carry weight). Other than that you can get other mounts via crown store or in-game.

Just to correct and add a bit more: At 20 stamina your mount will typically gain a piece of armor on or near the head, at 20 speed your mount will gain some kind of wrap around it's ankles, and at 20 carry capacity it'll get saddlebags.
