Can't login to the ESO website

I don't understand why I can't login to it just to look at and post some forum posts there.

I even have my game code redeemed and I even put in my account login and password correctly.

Yet it says "UserID and/or password is incorrect". Again, I entered my account info correctly and I have no idea what is going on and why it says it's incorrect when it isn't.

same thing happened to me

i can log into that site to get my purchase information so they are retaining that. but then i use the same login/passwd to get into the forums and it says its not recognized. it also asks for an invitation id

if buying the product doesnt earn you an invitation to their forum wtf does?

I hear that you're supposed to receive an invitation code in your email after you purchase and redeem your game, so you can browse and comment on the forums and such.

However, I didn't receive a code and I can't send a support message because again, it keeps giving me the "UserID and/or Password is incorrect" message. Even though I'm actually entering the correct info.

are you login into the game website or its support website?

because theres major screwup/bug on the support website, if you got password longer than 20 characters (i got this info from the forum), you will get that ""UserID and/or Password is incorrect", because i got the same problem a few weeks agon

login into your account from the main website, then change the password that less than 20 characters fix it for me

i believe its a bug/unintended "feature" tho, since on the main website, +20 characters password works fine
