where to obtain dwemer scrap?

i seen a lot of tutorials on this but i cant seem to find any i have the motifs but i cannot seem to find the scrap to make the style material. please help if possible. i do have a character in every nation and my EP can go to DC and EP so maybe that will help? idk

Dwemer scrap is ridiculously rare. In my 800 or so hours, I've found less than 20, which I have all sold because Dwemer motif is a serious pain for something that doesn't look very good ( to be fair, I'm hugely disappointed in all ESO armor, especially as a medium armor user. All of it looks like low rate RPG garbage. Except maybe mercenary, but that is Undaunted gear and Undaunted is annoying as feck).

Anyhow, I found my scrap in Dwemer ruins, mostly dropped by Dwemer spiders but sometimes I found them Dwemer urns.

I took a lot of time leveling, (currently v14) and I am now close to the end of the 3rd faction questline (gold). I found only one piece of scrap before I hit veteran Level. After that, I found 9 more. I think the chances of it dropping in the dwemer ruins goes up with the level of the zone. I recently started getting it from dwemer spiders which are probably v8 or higher. I had not seen it drop from these enemies earlier. I cannot say for certain if it is the enemy's level or mine, but that is how it worked out for me.

yeah i was wondering if it was maybe level related cus i was in a dwemer ruin for 5 hours got 1 dwemer motif and 1 scrap it was rediculous. but ill try on my vet toon doing cadwells silver maybe itll have better stuff. i just want one of my chars to have a dwemer robe and hood (hes a mage so light/med armor)

thanks i truthfully was too tired didnt even think about level differences for drops. but thanks all for the help!
