The Elder Scrolls Online
Pickpocketing/Stealing nerfed.
Anyone else upset about ESO reducing the worth of stolen items 60-70%ish when fencing? So what happened to me was: Just started playing this game this month, everyone around me is rich already, then game gets patched, now im doomed to be broke forever? Rich stay rich and screw everyone else right:steamfacepalm:? Lol smh.

Motifs are always a ready source of cash if you don't give a crap about appearance, like I do. Even the base race ones can go for 200, 300g. Go into the Dwemer ruins and loot EVERYTHING. You might get a Dwemer book which goes for 3k - 9k.

Get mods from Minion. Master Merchant is almost a must. Plug yourself into a trading guild or two like Tamriel Stock Exchange, like a few others were saying.

A horse helps a lot. When you do get one, upgrade speed first. That's what the vets in my guild kept on saying, due to horse infinite sprint and bag manage solved by mule toons.

Im just sayin the in game economy just got throttled and ruined for new players.

No it really didn't, you just suck at economics. Go learn about supply and demands and start vending more things. Just because i have a lot of hours doesn't mean i don't understand anything or remember being new. I started playing last month. That gives me roughly a month head start on you.

You seem to have a lot of anger problems, maybe stop being such an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ when people don't give you the answers you like, and focus on going back in-game to make some money. Because you're making it sound hard when it's really, really not. You're doing it wrong, that doesn't make us bad, you dummy.

Do you have down syndrome? or are you just stupid?
*Full ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I.e. majority of steam.
wow, really steam? Word replacing r3t4r|) now? Way to be PC bruh....

stealing is fun. pickpocketing a guard is even more fun. I found out last week that its possible to steal from the same person until their pockets are empty. Am at lvl 19 legermain skill. make about 10k-30k per day selling blues and greens. launder whites just to boost skill.
I hoard all the purple items i find.....its a massive problem of mine
I can't tell if this is some baiting or not. Thanks for the luls tho:steamhappy:

Well it isn't me baiting... ESO changed CORE economic gameplay, and I dislike it. The game is still quite enjoyable, however I don't believe the ability to acquire gold should have been throttled.

See that's the problem right? Stealing/Pickpocketing is not the only way to earn gold. I believe that pickpocketing and stealing is way too easy as a way to earn gold. You need another source of income.
No it's not, but with me not having a dime, i started playing this game fresh just over a month ago. Im a "casual" player. I have a life. Ive made it to level 28 and havent spent a dime. During this time ive sold every ornate drop, collected quest gold, sold already learned recipes and blue items etc, and did some very MILD thieving once every 10 or so logins, and just the usual blah blah. Ive managed to net a mere ~15k. A crafting style that is purple, costs around 10k . (Yes thats an accurate number on my server, if you got some for less, good for you). So basically i have never "stole" or pickpocketed in this game, like really ever. So here I am like wow, getting gold the legit way for over a month doesnt do SH!T. So I start thinking, "well maybe theiving could be the answer". Then here comes an unecessary update to ruin the only way to accrue any real sum of coin... Gee, thanks. So dont tell me to do it the "legit" way, thats really the "ONLY" way ive been doing it since I started playing, and its gotten me nowhere.

You clearly doing something wrong. I never steal anything with my character and before I got to vet1 I spent roughly 80k on upgrading my bank and space inventory. I was even desconstructing all of my loot but blacksmith stuff that I sold till I reached vet1. Once I reached vet1 I spent 40k~ on runes to master enchanting and I had like 15k left after that. I wasnt in any trading guild before vet1 so I really dont get how you could only have 15k on you halfway through vet1.
Me neither, and i sell/deconstruct/refine everything in sight. \⊙.⊙/ throwin my hands up. Like i said, was gunna pillage, but its nerfed, so now what

I think you are just dumb. Are you doing quests at all?
You're joking right? That's all I do, grind quests and make intermittent stops to a city to research, refine, and etc all the crap i get and empty my inventory to grind more quests and kill everything on the way. So tell me again how this is lucrative?
