Can't see reason why you had the problem in the first place.
So each month ESO charged for his subscription which he apparently bought. Then he charged them back instead of cancelling the sub? What he did makes zero sense and due to his own ignorance he is banned. Do stupid S*** and stupid S*** happens.
At the end of the day, it's up to ZOS to make things clear and provide customer service in a satisfactory manner. They did not in this case, so he is taking his money elsewhere.
That said, recurring payments are dumb and exactly why they should go back to selling sub without recurring payments in the blocks that they used to. But due to their greed they won't, and that has cost them a customer and will get them negative publicity if and when this post is seen by others.
It's funny how ZOS has a rampant problem with "misreading" by customers, even for editions of the game. Can't have it clear as day for some reason. It can't be possible that it's intentional, right?
Exactly this. People won’t take the time to read basic information than blame others for their own mistakes.
Their membership couldn’t be any clearer if you can’t read the information provided it’s a skill issue aka you can’t read.
Also they stopped crown trading (it’s back now ) and banned many accounts because scammers were doing shady charge backs. So I can’t blame them for banning him for what looks
Like a potential scam.
Uh source? I'm pretty sure they banned crown trading because people were abusing the power of currency to get things for cheaper than the official store.
Example. Get a friend in Argentina to buy the same item for $2 pay them $5 and you save 15.
There were entire websites selling such services and someone in the game told me they made over 5000/month doing it and they weren't the only one.
Then that same method was used by gold sellers to get a lot of gold for cheap and resell, increasing their profits. And their increase in profit meant a decrease for ZOS, and you don't ever mess with the money
Know what I have to say about that? Pure incompetence. Such a scheme was even discussed before it ever happened on the forums and ZOS deleted post instead of addressing it.

Doesn't say anything about chargebacks, also doesn't invalidate the alternate crown stores. For all you know they could mean using stolen credit cards.
Even if that were the case, it would make zero sense to ban a player that has many legit transactions, using their own card, because through that you would know it wasn't fraudulent at all.
Again, incompetence.
You asked for a source that Crown trading was back because you were incompetent and stated it wasn't.
One charge back is fine, multiple charge backs like the OP stated he did is NOT. Maybe its a combination of incompetence and reading comprehension that is the issue you are having.
Actually you misread. No where did I explicitly say the bold. Help me understand how you came to that conclusion. I need to understand your comprehension. After all, you were going to go in front of class and teach.
Sadly, it seems you reneged?
