I pay ESO+ and I don't play often, and there has been many times where I finally feel like playing and it's maintenance... so what... then I play another game or find something else to do, until the maintenance is finish... damn...
Half the week I work days, other half I work nights... I don't have any specific time I play... it could be any damn time too... and sometimes there's maintenance... SO FREAKIN WHAT!! I find something else to do until it's finished... dammit!
Suck it up and deal with it, like the rest of us.
Just write the letter to eso team - you want your hours of subscription what they are stealing
Noone did it, so?
I hope it won't be usual.
Short maintenance were frequent and they are necessary evil.
IME, ZOS usually bodge their larger updates and require frequent, 'maintenance to fix the maintenance', and even, 'maintenance to fix the maintenance to fix the maintenance, maintenance'.
So many cry babies all I see is complaints day in and day out. The entitlement is mind blowing.
13 bucks a month is 1,8 cent an hour, that's just not enough to be a sustainable business model if you paid just the time you're playing.
I'll call bs on that.
Only if you were playing the game for 24 hours a day, every day, all month, then maybe...
