Question about Delves

So, i've been needing some skills points and my best bet is on skyshards and most of them are on Delves, soo, the only skill points Delves give are through the skyshard in it or theres more?
I am ignoring Public Dungeons and harder content for now because im playing solo.

Apart from the Skyshard there will be a boss in the delve that if defeated will earn you experience, some dropped loot and sometimes another skill point (depending on the context)

So just run around, get the skyshard, kill the boss, get the achievement for the delve and go for the next one?

If that's the way you want to do it. this game is very versatile. Or you could take the leisurely route and talk to everyone you meet, doing side quests and generally pratting about from one shard to the other - following the clues in the map.

If you want to do the quick hits, though I endorse Ryy's advice.

Another question but this one is about dungeons such as Fungal Grotto and Elden Hollow, if i'm not mistaken i earn one skill point in the dungeon quest, do i earn one in normal and one in veteran or only one independent of normal or veteran?

Also, don't ignore public dungeons, they are not that hard and give you a lot of gear, and all public dungeons have a challenge that gives you 1 skill point, and they also have a skyshard.

You also get skill points through questing.
