Add on for quest text/voice acting?

One thing is keeping me from enjoying the game right now: All dialogue is voice acted but most of it is in text format as well. The problem is that I am a fast reader and I am basically trying to either ignore the VA or not read the text. This is why I can't stand subtitles, it's like my brain tries to read and listen but they are at different speeds. I keep reading and then cutting off the VA mid sentence. It's just not flowing very well.

So the question is are there any add ons that would help? One that disables VA or removes quest text? or am i screwed?

What about the subtitles settings under Settings | Audio ?

yeah isn't it possible to just put the "voices" at 0 in the audio settings?
haven't looked at the settings in a while so i might remember incorrectly but i think voices has their own audio slide.
