If you are mostly rolling solo, you'll want to prioritize crit if you are using Critical Surge. Critical Surge will give you a 20% boost to spell damage and will heal you for 3000 health for every critical hit. The 3000 heal can happen every second if you crit that often (and you will if you use multiple DOT abilities).
Makes most content pretty trivial since your passive heals will cancel out most incoming damage. You can use pet heal or shield to account for any other damage that's more than that. Pretty hard to die as a Sorcerer.
I'd say 50-60% crit is plenty. You are still going to want spell damage.
