Login Error. ESO: EU Servers Down.

So whats going on? Everyone ive spoken to in EU have been kicked and cant login anymore.... everyone just gets Login Error..... whens this gona be fixed? its been over an hour now....

Had the same issue. "Steam cannot connect to the steam server"
I reset my DNS and it worked once yesterday. i did some errands and came back it logged me out and kept giving this message. i also updated my os because someone said it would automatically update drivers, launchers ect.. the only thing i havent done was re route my vpn and change my ip. which seems a little excessive to play ESO. but like yah. yall need to get on this. going on day 2. i paid for stuff and now more than ever want to access it.

i have a solution guys.. go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\Launcher folder and start the game via Bethesda.net_Launcher. this way u play without steam and login manually with your id and pass..
i can login right now until maintenance.. but with steam version its not accessible.

Hey i looked up and it said that the EU Megaserver will be out for maintenance at 10:00 AM UTC time which is 1:00 PM in Romania. I am getting already the notification that the server will be brought down for maintenance but its not the time yet. What is going on ? I also checked the Server status and it shows online.

OMG what in the name...i followed your instructions and it works to open the game, but i cannot log in because it asks me open it via Steam.

mine doesnt ask to open it via steam.. interesting.. just asks my acc id and password manually..

so after re-installing the game last night and not being able to play this morning due to server issues, i just went to try again and now its down for maintenance? apparently you guys are giving a free trial to players too? whats the point when they cant even try the game?

give me one reason i shouldn't uninstall again, you're not getting my money anymore thats for sure

Wow, shocked and disgusted at some of the comments left here, things do require maintenance from time to time and I'm sure there are other games you can play for a while whilst waiting for the EU server to come back online. Seriously wind your necks in
