Templar Question
Hİ, as i see templar is like paladin from other mmorpg's. But it's skills mostly use magicka. And you must use staves for getting the most performance from the class. I want to build a two-handed paladin-like build but as i see it is not possible. I'm not hardcore ESO player i'm humbly asking to professional players, how can i be paladin-like character without using staves?

Unless you want to play hard group-based stuff like DLC dungeons or Vet stuff just build what you want.

Put simply, just don't use staves. Most of the abilities in the class skill lines which are Magicka-based can be morphed to being Stamina-based once you hit Level IV in that ability. This happens pretty quickly for most abilities. Just put your ability points into Stamina rather than Magicka and pick Stamina-based morphs when you have the opportunity to do so.

Using staves is a weapon skill line that doesn't have anything to do with the class skills. If you don't want to use staves, then use something else.

If you click the little gears in the upper-right of the level-up advisor on the character screen ("C" is the default keybind for this), you can set the level-up advisor to something other than "Templar Initiate" (that's the default for Templar), it's a weapon-agnostic build, but it is Magicka-based. The "Luminous Warrior" is a stamina-based DPS build that uses dual-wield on the front bar and Bow on the back bar (you get a second ability bar when you hit Level 15). Alternatively, the "Bastion of Light" is a more paladin-like Tank build that uses sword-and-shield on both bars and specs into Heavy Armor, but it will want you to put most of your ability points into Health.

If you want to deviate from the Level-up advisor completely, you can disable it and follow some other build guide. It's up to you. The game doesn't lock you into any particular build for any class, it just nudges you through the level-up advisor.

Hey ! And welcome to ESO. You'll find a very friendly and helpful community here :)

I'm not sure what MMORPG you come from or whether you prefer PvE or PvP, but I'll relate to my own knowledge to try to answer you.

I played both Neverwinter and WoW (and SWTOR, but there is no Paladins there lol). On those two mmo's, the game kinda limits you in the choice of weapons and armor types you can use. Here on ESO, you have a free ride : I was mainly playing my first 500 hours of Templar as a healer in heavy armor. Wuz fun !

I recently respected to stamplar, for DPS and PvP. It was fun to play a pure healer in PvP as my first intentions was continuing my main role from WoW (hmonk). However, I found ESO wasn't very friendly with healers in PvP (maths are kinda weird here as most of you healz are reduced with battle spirit, a debuff in PvP areas).
If you PvE, I'd go magicka healer templar, where that class excell in dungeons and raids.

About your question : grab a 2 hand maul and grind XP for 2 handed weapons. You won't regret it. If you're already level 50 and (solo) grinding champion points, you'll be able to one shot groups of mobs and jumping from groups to groups.
Skill I use with my 2h maul : Dizzling Swing - Stampede - Executioner - Rally - Resolving Vigor (ultimate being Dawnbreaker of Smiting).
Your main (self) heals : Rally and Resolving Vigor.
Mobility : Stampede, make its easy to rush mobs.

That's just one bar and I think that's the closest "feel" you could have from a DPS Paladin on WoW (sorry my Paladin was a healer too, so I can't really compare lol).
Speaking "Paladin", on Neverwinter and other D&D games, that's a class I really like and why I header to Templar on ESO. Going 1 Hand & Shield or 2 Handed weapons actually is very frequent.
Don't mind my second bar : bow. lol. That's actually why ESO is so rich. It's the freedom you have with your builds and also the fact that you "don't have" to be in meta gear to have fun and be competitive in PvE or PvP. Casual friendly game, but if you go hardcore ... get ready to grind a lot (crafting professions, skyshards, dailies, new sets at every expansions changing "meta", and so on. All in all, I'm not surprised ESO is still one of the most popular mmorpg's after all the years.

I'd also advice you to hit "L" key as soon as you hit level 10. Do a few things in Cyrodiil even if you don't plan to play PvP. The goal is to unlock the Assault skills line. There you can pick up rapid maneuver, which you can evolve later in charging maneuver. You're not forced to use it later and can respec the skills for more or less 10k gold, but charging maneuveur will help you move faster. Very fast actually (45%). It's a tip I've read on many websites, YouTube or Reddit. Especially meant for rerolls, but if I had known when I started ESO, it would have helped quite a bit. ^_^

Have fun, bro !

thanks for your teaching answer. i appreciate it. i will do as you say. my main was necromancer. leveled up around 313 champion points. now i will be templar. I want to play PvE and want to do end game trials and dungeons. and don't want to be useless. because of this i don't do any build as i want. I mean if i want to put a fire staff on second bar and be a half mage half templar but this will not help me and put me backwards in end game content. this is my thinking maybe i'm wrong because i'm not pro. only 500 hours of gameplay.

Hi Odin !

Actually, I'm far from a pro-gamer. I have like 600 hours on my Templar, which I have spent mostly as a healer. Don't take my experience too seriously lol :)
I know how you feel though, as a healer I felt useless in PvP. I had the choice between 2-3 healer sets, and to be standing a few hits I had to use full plate sets like Paria or Mara's Balm. Not really what I call a "healer" in other games.

But you want PvE and there I have ZERO experience, so I'd try other thingies than what I have written above, if I were you.
For me, dungeons in general are not interesting, and I speak for any MMORPG's. That's my own taste, and I speak from experience as I have done too many of those on WoW and SWTOR. PvP is what makes it spicy for me. That's where you better drop your "fire staff" that looks cool, for a meta set. Or not ! ESO has really "beginner" friendly PvP and you have no real ranking or seasons like on WoW. Just start a BG or run naked in Cyrodiil, you'll be gaining XP and Alliance Points (which are worthy for PvE too if you sell PvP items on guild traders).

And yeah, I fear if you want to do raids in PvE, you will need to "deserve" your slot in the team. I guess it depends with your guild, but there are very specific builds for each raid and achievements you are trying to unlock. Play a DPS Templar with fire staff will surely not guarantee you a slot in a roster in PvE. But that'll come with time ! Do what you like. Learn the way to what you enjoy doing in game (or other games). Find a solid and friendly group. Go on Discord and learn from them. That's the best piece of advice a "no-pgm" player like me can tell you :)

Take care !
