Bugged Vampire bite cooldown

Does anyone else have the bug that the cooldown time for the skill to infect other players with vampirism only reduce/decrease when you are ingame? And when the answer is yes does anyone knows how to solve this problem? I wrote 3 times a ticket, got no answer and no help. Its really annoying and the customer service is just a joke.

Yes. Since cooldowns were reworked they are completely broken for my characters. For both vampire and ww bites.

I sent support ticket. First answer came the same day. I confirmed that disabling of addons doesnt help and now are waiting for some solution. Did you check your email linked to your eso account?

Hi, yes i checked my emails, but i never got an answer :/ in the past i got an answer the same day or a bit later, this time i got nothing. but thanks for your feedback, i hope they will fix that bug soon.

Bug bites are bad enough, but BUGGED bites are even worse....

Well, got 3 vampires, 2 have the normal cooldown after biting other players, but the third one has that broken cooldown, have to wait and see if the next weekly reset will fix it...

And now, about two weeks later, it happened nothing, i have the same annoying bug for both, vampire and werewolfs. I think they need programmers with a bit knowledge about these things or so.
