Necrom don't work

Hello, I bought and installed the addon DLC Necrom for the base game ESO on 060623 via Steam. Now ESO says when selecting a character to create a Necromancer, ESO requires the additional content Necrom. The class button to create is not greyed out like other classes. Does/did anyone here have the same problem and already found a solution? Thanks in advance and sorry for any double post. and what does that mean now, that despite the addon necron, the class necromancer does not run, only the arcanist. But why does ESO then show when selecting the Necromancer class that you need the additional content Necrom, which I now own? Sorry is pretty strange.

Do you own the Elsweyr chapter from when it released? The Necromancer class originally came with it.

After awhile they made it a separate purchase like they did with the Warden class in the upgrade section of the crown store.

The new class in the Necrom chapter is the Arcanist.

Not sure why its saying you need Necrom for the Necromancer.

If you bought the Necrom upgrade edition (Deluxe or Standard doesn't matter) and that's all you've got aside from the base game, then the Necromancer class should not be selectable at character creation. The Necromancer class only becomes available if you bought a chapter collection which includes Elsweyr or if you bought the Necromancer class from the Crown Store. The message about needing additional content is correct, but it's telling you the wrong content.

If you bought a chapter collection (Necrom and all previous chapters), then no classes should be greyed out since you're supposed to have the four base-game classes, plus the Warden, Necromancer, and Arcanist.

So if the class is showing as selectable and it shouldn't be, you've hit a minor bug, but can work around it by selecting one of the base-game classes or the Arcanist instead. If other classes are not showing as selectable and should be, then you've got a bigger bug and should open a support ticket with ZOS.

if it show u need necrom, i assume its telling u to get necrom COLLECTION (full edition which include all previous expansion including elsweyr which include necromancer class). but if u only buy necrom UPGRADE (not COLLECTION), u only get necrom without old expansion elsweyr, thats why u cant create necromancer

contact support - it is a long shot but explain about your purchase and may be they will issue refund - atleast not to purchase 2 times necrom and get collection after.

(necromancer is included in the collection; there should be sale after 1 - 2 months)

I bought the deluxe edition and didn't get the necromancer class even though comes with the dlc that's supposed to have it
