Can't fast travel between Wayshrines

I cant travel between Wayshrines. I click E for travel with Wayshrine, the screen goes to the area map, I try clicking on a known wayshrine and nothing happens. I have already uninstalled, reinstalled, and turned off all addons. I have not played in a while, was there some kind of change to fast traavel that I am missing?

are you in combat? like if the screen clows red, thats when your in combat, then you cant use those

No, not in combat.

But it looks exactly like if your character is in combat. Is it always like this or sometimes?
Also people were complaining about new accessibility mode (in the settings). For some reason it can be turned on after reinstall.

I was running in the Telvani Peninsula and a tentacle thing came out of the ground. I ran away instead of fighting it and it locked me in combat, even though I was on the other side of the map now.

I created a brand new character and did the tutorial again quickly and took the portal to the Necrom expansion that way. Playing the main campaign now.

Did you by any chance enable Accessibility mode, since you haven't played in a while? It was a lone prompt among revised ToS if you didnt notice.

Check it under your settings.
