Yes, you will get all the items from the previous expansions' Collector's Editions except some of the pre-order only items which are only offered via the individual chapter upgrades in the DLC Crown Store (under upgrades).

If i buy one of two Necrom Collection packs(deluxe or not) i know i will get every other chapter(greymoor, elsweyr, etc) but i will get not-chapters DLC`s like Thieves Guilde and others?

No, those are purchased separately in the Crown store only.

you don't get much for the collector's editions/pre-purchase of the game. It will be a better deal to buy crowns instead and upgrade through the crown store if you want the mounts/pets since you get more stuff + what is included and chapters...

and tbh eso + is going to give you more access to content people are actually playing/farming as opposed to the chapters. For example, if you have the latest chapter but don't have eso plus you will find that guilds/trading focus on SOME new content but the vast majority of time/effort is spent in dungeons/instances that are DLC for previous expansions.

(obv the sporesteed and pet and any exclusives to necrom pre-order will NOT make it to the store like the previous pre-order stuff that is not in the current packs)

It's a good idea to wait for a sale on the expansions (collections or upgrades). There are also
sales on the Crowns throughout the year. So to get the most for your money, buy some of the higher Crown packs (as the bigger the pack the more Crowns you get for your money) when they are on sale. And as far as the DLC's which can only be bought with Crowns in the game, many of them are put into bundles and those bundles go on sale periodically as well. So, if you are very budget savvy you can get a lot of content by being patient and buying things only when they are on sale.

In my opinion this game is unplayable without ESO+. You are limited in almost everything that you do unless you own the dlc. This is largely a "pay-to-play" game. You can't even get crowns without buying them with money or saving up enough gold to have someone else buy something for you.

idk now am kinda down
i don't feel like buying anything any more and i tried to play online with other people and it's so dead and most of the people i play with can't even speak English and the server goes down
and to many people in the chat asking for crowns and trading it make me sad and feel not safe and trading to many scammers i think am 8 years late to play the game their is other news games i think worth more
as new player this game is not good for new players like me to many systems and it's very outdated and the game so bad at explaining system and stuff and if i try to find google or youtube all of them outdated videos
community is dead and players are leaving more and more

Sorry you feel disappointed. I really only started playing this game last year even though I initially bought it in 2014. I have subbed for 3 months only, but I have enjoyed it for a whole year, and I find the sub is not super necessary if you are just leveling and not running the harder content like vet dungeons and whatnot and not crafting. The sub is not essential.

Maybe just play, without sub for awhile and see if your experiences improve over time or with higher level characters. There is a lot to enjoy in this game, but if you are already on the fence, don't spend more money until you have given the game more time to really see if it is not for you.
