Not receiving emails from ESO

So, after i reclaimed my prime gaming reward it didn't became available on my account, i opened a ticket in game for support, and no response, then i tried via website, and i just cant receive any emails from eso in general, nor for reseting password, nor forget your userid link, i am not receiving any emails from them, and it has been a couple of weeks since i claimed prime gaming reward and nothing yet. any help? suggestions?

me to same issues here as well no emails cant login to my account via steam due to access denied webpage so i cant link my amazon account at all to get said item

Similar. I am unable to login to my account via web page. Tried in Chrome & Edge (which I know are basically the same thing nowadays). Says "login from new device detected. We send you a code". Code never arrives. Offers instead to recover my name by providing correct email. Eventually (hours to days later) I do get email, which is the same name I know. So try login again and back to same thing. Been spinning in circles for days now. On the flip side, the exact same login works to launch the game, so I can play...I just can't login to my account nor buy anything. Annoying.

Hi, i've contacted the Bethesda support and they told me that they are having problem sending code and emails at outlook and gmail accounts.

So far there's no solutions.

I'm having the same problem. I don't have it on Steam, but I wanted to login again after years and see what updates I needed to buy. Cannot get past the new browser screen and emails do not arrive. Glad I'm not the only one with this problem, I was afraid my account was hacked.

Tried again just now and it worked! Enter name/password and it wants to send a code as this is (as far as ESO thinks) a new computer. The code email is what hasn't worked in the past. Either never get it, or it come days later and expired. Finally today, it sent me the code and I got it within a min. Used it to login and now I can finally see my account info. Maybe it will work for you all now. Good luck.
