forgot password and security question for elder scrolls online account

how do I contact elder scrolls support? I went on the support website but it's got me going in circles, I can't find any support details to contact

basically you must pray for resolution. use the SUSPENDED OR COMPROMISED account option and supply as much info as you can including any steam key code/ proof of purchase and anything else you can think of.

Your question is very very very importantant. make it one you will remember. once you lose this question and answer you are in for a tough time recovery your account if lost id or password happens.

I made a new account and asked support for help for the account I forgot the password to

You're right, if i do manage to reset my password I'll need to make sure I remember my security question

when i made a new account i managed to get a password reset by sending a request to elder scrolls support and sending the email address of that account and other basic info. try it might work
