Can I switch my alliance-

Hi all, have just completed main quest and before i get into mMorrowind and Summerset have just started Cadwells Silver, and it has got me wondering-

I would like to swap alliances from Daggerfall Covenant to Aldmeri Dominion for story/rp reasons and mainly i like the AD's homeland and ruler way more than DC-
Is this possible for my current character to swap at any point during story?
i dont mind spoilers and would be willing to spend a few dollars if there is a swap option.

Again I could simply by the any race any alliance but I want to keep my current character and do not wish to labour through the story again-
i.e swtor seems to be leading into letting you choose empire or republic after eternal alliance arc

Not possible as far as I know - your alliance is determined at charcter creation and cannot be changed afterwards.

Cadwell's Silver/Gold let you experience the main alliance quests for the other alliances, but don't change your actual alliance.

There's a crown store item that changes a character's race, but it really only changes the race, not your alliance.

I consider myself a man, or wait, women of the world since you have access to all Tamriel so belonging to any particular alliance is unimportant unless you are playing PVP in an Alliance War. I have finished Cadwell's Gold and I am treated the same where ever I go.

Thanks heaps, as i do not care much for pvp but will give it a go. and yes a man in my instance of the world is a good way of looking at it.
