How to get "Blade of Woe"????

If you mean the DLC, it's in the Crown Store under the DLC section. You can also gain access to the DLC by activating ESO+. If you mean the blade, you don't need to buy it. You gain it automatically from the quest.

You dont actually get a blade. It's just an ability. You sneek up behind a person and you get a message "use blade of woe". Thats it. No more to it.

You need to join the Dark Brotherhood to get a Blade of Woe. If you have ESO Plus then you have access to the DLC. Otherwise, you have to buy the DLC.

First you need to meet Amelie Crowe at some Outlaw's Refuge.

You need to go to the Gold Coast and "murder" someone in Anvil.

Then go to the light house for a quest which is impossible to complete without killing a bunch of people. PS. Make sure your game settings are changed to allow you to kill harmless people or you will not be able to murder.

Blade of Woe is a two edge blade you might say. It allows 1 strike kills from behind. But, you only get 1/2 the experience points with using it.

Blade of woe is an ability not an item (not a skill too) , you get the ability by completing the first ( or second ) quest of dark brotherhood.

Don't think so as Summerset is an expansion and not a dlc and Summerset is how you unlock jewelry making/deconstruction.

so summerset is an expantion but the darkbrother hood is not. some guys said to buy the dark brotherhood but then others said you can get it through upgrading to ESO+ so seems like real MMO schinanigans LOL

eso+ gives u access to all dlcs, dark brotherhood is a dlc, which u can also just buy

but not summerset? because its an expansion? I remember never being able to do anything to jewelry so thats new.

Summerset is labeled as a chapter so ESO+ doesn't give you access to it (even if it's technically a DLC, it's some kind of marketing trick from Zenimax).

Since there's an ESO+ trial right now you can just follow the steps given by Met A Demon Once, begin by finding Amelie Crowe.
