can you recieve potent/fortified nirncrux from nodes in lower craglorn? or only upper craglorn?

It's only upper if I remember correctly. You can find a image with a outline of upper on google as well. :D

You can now find Nirncrux all over Craglorn, but from only the metal, cloth, and wood nodes. You can also sometimes find it from killing monsters that give you leather.

Upper craglorn nirn was patched years ago... You can find nirncrux all over Crag..sooo there you go. If you're that unsure, why don't you take YOUR time and look it up. I all ready know, and have no desire to spend my time looking up something I all ready know. I've all ready taken my time answering your question. Twice now.
