There are my tickets and their answers.Firstly I want to speak about my bug.I couldn't open guild stores, join group, write anything in chat. .I had this issue for a 1-2 week. then its resolved. 5 days ago my issue came back and I sended ticket again.And I am banned now.

can I learn why I am banned. last month I was in bug[or I was muted] in game so I couldn't use chat, guild store, even I coultdn't join group. Really I dont know what did I do. Actually I couldn't do anything because this issue. And now I am banned ? please, give me information about this ban because something is wrong.

NPC and Quest Advancement Issues

Most in-game issues can be resolved by logging out of the game and shutting down the client for fifteen minutes. On consoles, you should do the same, but cycle the power to your console. Everyones opinion of polite and respectful converstation differs. Zenimax does not state you cannot talk about specific topics in thier game.
So banning people who join a converstation *GASP* in a SOCIAL MMO is assinine to say the least.
I was banned for telling a gay person, who was advertising in chat for members of his LGBTCPFG clan and said he would suck off anyone that joined a disgusting immoral peice of sh#t.
So i got banned for hate speach.

And for you 'cupcake' there is nothing in the terms of agreement that states you cannot have an opinion or a discussion about any topics pertaining to the real world or politics or of any nature.
So by banning people partistipating in a converstation is contradictory of a SOCIAL MMO.

No, I didn't use the word "blocked" as a synonym for "banned", I was just suspended, and I don't know if it is a case by case analysis, but they seem to give these 72 hour suspensions as a warning before actually banning someone:

"This suspension should act as a warning to you, because if the hate speech continues, we will ban your account permanently."

The name change was probably some sort of routine check after I sent them a ticket asking for clarification, but, if for example, after the "disciplinary action" was lifted, someone actually went to report me for my name, I don't doubt they could ban me just for that because they claimed it was a violation of the TOS just as my chat logs.

Now, if it was just gold farming, hacking, actual harassment or spamming I wouldn't complaining at all, those are things that actually cause harm, here they are just policing language.

It does seem strange that they would act so strict towards such a thing, since the game is rated 18+ (which is M for Mature in America I think) and every MMO always clearly states "Online interaction not rated by ESRB", which basically means the age rating department nor the game developer/admin are liable for anything players say to one another whilst playing.

Obviously acts like harassment, death threats, or being purposefully offensive towards people due to their gender, sexuality, religious beliefs, political beliefs etc. (hate crime) and the like are a bannable offence per the licence agreement, anything outside of that should be a-ok.

No. Only people who enjoy being confrontational or pushing their luck say that. You used profanity and were disrespectful and so were banned. You can play the victim all you want but it is a fact. You could have simply ignored the person but you decided to instead level abuse at them from the safety of a computer screen. You made the decision, deal with the consequences.

Being offensive and abusive isn't a political view - it's just despicable. If you actually read the terms and conditions you would realise you were in violation. But live in denial all you want.

And as a SOCIAL MMO (whatever that means) people have a right to enjoy themselves and be part of a postive environment. Leave politics and bigotry at the door when you enter. If somebody else says something you don't agree with you could *gasp* ignore them! Or alternatively you could be abusive and get banned.

If you were anything like this kid then you deserve the ban.
However if you're being truthful and didn't do anything simply contact customer support or try verifying the game cache or re-installing the game if it is a bug and the issue continues.

Please let this thread die already. It's obvious why the guy was banned, and no one really cares.

It just so happens that if you troll chat in this game, you get muted and/or banned for it... plain and simple.

It's funny, but the only other game I know of where mods are actively IN (ie: participating in conversations) the chat, and mute/ban people for breaking the really obvious (and strict, depending on the chat channel you're in; the default one is very strict, while an 18+ chat is pretty much FFA on what you say) rules has forums filled with posts like this, wondering why they were "banned for no reason" and that the "mods are abusing their power, wahhh".

And that's after given numerous warnings.

Sorry, this isn't WoW where you can get away saying nearly anything in faction city-wide trade chat without a mute or temporary ban. The fact that you pushed it further to a permanent ban is your own fault.

I am banned because I was farming in 10 level map with 160+chos level. my friend was hitting 2-3 time and then I was hitting 1 time . we could farm so fast with that idea. I am not sure but probably I am banned for that.
