ESO Is boring for me, but I want to enjoy it. Help.

I got 30 hours into the game, and every single moment I feel like it's all a grind for me. The game gives me a headach and I just get bored of it easily, I try to play the game but as soon as I get in I just feel turned off. I really do want to get into the game, but I just can't. Any suggestions?

Hm...find a good guild. Playing this game solo can make you feel weary. Being social really helps. And the content you're playing is back from the launch, so sadly it feels very much like a grindy MMO sometimes if you're not engrossed in the lore like I was. The DLCs (and Craglorn, which is free DLC to all players) helps quite a bit. And One Tamriel will hopefully allow ZOS to create new content in the old zones (Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood already bring you back to old zones).

Some people try RP. I don't know if it's the right choice for you. I'm am avid writer, but I'm not really into RP.

try a different army. my first character was ep and i got bored. quit for over a year. came back as dominon and suddenly i really enjoy the game.

Yeah the grind stuff is dumb. I really hate all mmo except this and destiny for most of the same reason. Find some people to quest with and then its more like multi player skyrim.

Build ♥♥♥♥, sell stuff, troll wow fan boys, laugh or be shocked at the stupid things people say in chat.

Returning/new player here, I felt the same way for a bit, but then it hit me, the goal of this game isn't to rush to max level, it's to enjoy the story, I was surprised at how detailed and in depth all the stories were in this game, just when I thought I was done with a long quest line the game throws you a curve ball that makes you just want more, sit back and enjoy the story, no need to just skip everything and grind, even if the quests are grey they still give EXP and achievements and a lot of enjoyment

Also PVP is awesome.

Try crafting, there are specil armour sets available after research - might stop you dying so much

If you want to get xp better do some quests, it gives much more xp. If you dont like farming bots and crafting ingredients just dont do this, you can buy or find equipment.

kill 20k goblins and take their ears ... THAT is grinding ... the missions in eso are very varied
in one mission you use rats to interrupt a secret meeting ... in a other mission you are a little ape navigating through rubble
