Leveling any toon is done pretty much the same way - always try to level all skills evenly.

As far as "ESO grind leveling guides", well there are several that can be easily found

For a leveling guide Deltias is probs better. He'll show you what to have slotted from 1-50. Generally you just wanna have skills from every class line though.

Bboth, I think. Just keep in mind deltias' builds are overall... not gud. It'd just be a stepping stone.
