Bug in Tower full of trouble quest?
I went through the quest but the last of the Sheep/People stays outside of the area where i can turn them back into sheep. They simply do not move and i can't turn them back. Is anyone else having problems with this quest?

I'm also have trouble with this quest. I have 3/4 done, but the last one is the issue

I abandon the quest, and re did it, and so far its working.
