I just slaughtered many dreughs outside of Stormhaven in hopes of getting some. I completely struck out.

They don't drop from those NPCs at all.

The only ways to get them are:

1. Buy them from other players. They're around 4.5-5k each on my server.
2. Farm Rubdeo Leather Scraps and refine them for a chance for one.
3. Equipment crafting writs for the clothing line.

If there's any more than that, I am unaware.
