There's not really anything you can do on your own (apart from patching the game files and risking any kind of ban)
Yeah, because the game doesn't exist on Playstation consoles. Where do you come up with ♥♥♥♥ like this?
It works for game-play actions and help messages but not in the Crown Store (that has a different way of working, which the addon can't fix, so you just have to work out the PS4-to-Xbox conversion but you have time then).
There is also addon FCO Gamepad Button Textures[www.esoui.com] which allows button changing during play but I had trouble getting it to work (and it talks about needing to delete file shader_cache.cooked, which on my PC takes 5-10 minutes to recreate after an ESO update). I looked into the code of both addons and couldn't see any advantage for me in the FCO one. The FCO addon does support PS5 button images, so might be worth a try if the PS4 ones aren't close enough for you.
If you start remapping buttons (maybe to use with other addons), the gamepad diagram sometimes gets the D-pad buttons wrong but check the control mapping and that will show the right thing.
