Oakensoul Ring Location

I've started ESO recently and was hoping to make a one bar build but all the guides say I need an oakensoul ring. What is that, do I need it and how on earth do I get it?

It is something you work to with Antiquity's. And just starting I would not worry about one bar builds till Max Level ..

1-You need Greymoor chapter to acess Antiquity skill-line. Currently only available through in-game store via crowns.

2-You need HIgh Isle for the chapter zone where you will excavate the various leads for that piece. That one is currently on sale with RL money.

3-You need several Dungeon DLCs where some of the leads drops, those are sold in-game via crowns.

4-You need patience to level up the skill to max level and get the leads.

And when you´re done with all of that I pressume the next chapter will be launching which will nerf the Oakensoul Ring even more and make it unviable. Lesson here is that don´t plan for things that will take you more than a week in this game unless we are talking decorating. And trust me, it will take you more than a week.

The Oakensoul Ring has already been nerfed dramatically, they plan on doing it again? That is just dumb, why even call it a Mythic item if they nerf it even more than they already did.
