Cannot put a point on Summon Twilight Matriarch

The skill advisor has Summon Twlight Matriarch up at the top with the other two recommended skills, and I have a point to spend on it.

However, the game is not letting me put a point on it.

When I select it, I am taken to the Daedric Summoning window, but the Twilight Matriarch is not in the list.

Anyone else see this? What can I do?

Have you leveled up that skill line enough? You can't just immediately access every skill.

Some skills don't become available until your toon reaches a certain level in that skill line. For example, the ultimate skill may not be accessed until your toon is level 45 or in some cases 50 for that skill. The skill description explains at what level it becomes available. This is not the same as the actual level of your toon. Skill lines only progress when the related skills are in the hotbar. When you turn in a quest be sure the hotbar with the skills you want is open. Sometimes you may want to switch the hotbar just before you turn in a quest. Xp for kills go towards the active bar instantly. You have 2 hotbars after toon level 15 to clarify. If you are not switching hot bars in combat those skills don't progress or do so very slowly. Simply put, you need to use it to get better. This is a hold over from ES Oblivion and Skyrim.

Guys, read the title. Twilight matriarch is the upgraded version of the winged twitlight. You need to pick the twilight, level it up to IV, then you'll be able to upgrade it to the matriarch.

Thank you to all who have tried (or are trying) to help. Let me give you additional information.

1. There are three total skills in the upper tier of skills named "Advised Abilities." The three skills are Lightning Splash (not locked), Energized II (locked), and Summon Twilight Matriach (not locked, with three hash marks to the left).

2. The current similar skill that is assigned to a key in the hotbar is Summon Twilight Tormentor 1. Are there three kinds of summoned twilights? Did I skip the Matriarch? Can I go back to the Matriarch?

3. When I go to the Skills panel on the left, I can find Lightning Splash (plus sign) and Energized II (locked) under Storm Calling. However, when I go to Daedric Summoning, Summon Twilight Matriarch does not appear anywhere, locked or unlocked.. The only twilight creature that appears under Daedric Summoning is the Tormentor 1.

Sorry, this is very confusing to me. I am not sure I understand what is going on.

I see what's happening.
When you level up an active skill past rank IV, you can morph it. Each skill has 2 morph and you can choose one. The twilight summon has the martiarch and tormentor morph. You chose the tormentor when you morphed it, so now you can't get the matriarch unless you respec your morphs at a shrine.

Ok, that makes sense Sajah, thank you. I remember that a while back I pushed a button I did not mean to push, but I couldn't remember what I was doing at the time. I guess I will look for a shrine.
