Summerset Beta Content Write Failed
Anyone else having issues with "Content Write Failed" at 24% for PTS? It seems to still be downloading but at such a low rate it cannot be registered.

Main game works and downloads fine.

Quick update: We're currently testing a fix for this issue. If all goes well, we'll look at rolling it out to everyone tomorrow.

Happening to me too. After 3 times of repairing it and restarting I gave up and just deleted the whole pts file.

Happened to me too. I did close client, delete some downloaded partial files but no help, it did just get tho the same situation.. then I tried repair and what changed was what percentage it was working.. but it did fail the same way.. so, I did download 60G twice and not working.. have to try later again if/when They get this fixed. There was about 500G free space so it was not disk full issue.

Same problem here, stops at 24% and either "http request failed" or "content write failed" :(

I think its ZOS way of saying that they have enough people as I have never had a problem with downloading anything before.

So I deleted the PTS files, ran it as administrator, and after 2 hours of sitting still in launcher it began download.

I have to agree with you in a way @Gamcull; I think that there are so many people trying to download the server that it just isn't registering for some.

It seems to be downloading normal now, but it will not go above 10mbs. Still seems extremely slow for even that. Will update and see if it happens again at 24%.

It's just that to many people are trying to log in at once. Keep it paused for about 30 minutes and see it if downloads. If not rinse and repeat. That's all you can do.

I've ran the repair tool for mine and it has managed to get all the way to 95% before it actually started GOING DOWN in progress. How do you lose progress in an installation?

This is starting to get annoying, I've been trying to install it for two days now. I understand that this likely isn't intentional, but it feels like I've been invited to some sort of venue, but the hosts locked the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ door on me.

I've tried every solution but now I'm just gonna leave it with "content write failed" the rest of the night while I'm sleeping, perhaps there will be a good surprise tomorrow.. who knows really
