this is very bad game design where one class can steam roll all others with no effort.
Just accept your build was bad and move on with your life instead of re-posting a locked thread just to continue to insist that you're the ultimate PvPer and nothing you do is ever wrong or sub-optimal despite the fact you got dumpstered while using a build you're afraid to tell us about by one of the current weaker specs in the game.
if you are claiming my build is bad then everyone in that threads build is bad wich is statisticly impossible and you even have people in the thread saying the build is op who use it.
get wrecked.
saying durr hurr hurr your build is bad doesnt make it true. its just parroting bad faith argument nonsense.
fact is you have veterans saying magicka dragon knights are op and people playing them saying they are op.
i watched a full stam NB get trashed by the same guy that killed me.
This.
That which can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence. You insist your build is some god tier ultimate perfected PvP Jesus Mode without ever telling us what was actually on your bar and what you actually had equipped. Those stats you keep saying can be achieved by a level 10 with blue gear dropped out of rewards for the worthy while they go 0:50 in Cyrodiil for an entire day.
What matters more than anything else in this game is what you have on your bar, what gear sets you have equipped, what food buffs you're using, and how you're using your rotation. You refuse to tell us what that is, which anybody that actually knows anything about PvP would explain those things the MOMENT they wanted to make a point about balance. So the default we have to go by is that you're scared of telling us what your actual build was because you know the moment it goes under any sort of scrutiny by people that actually know how to PvP, you're going to get forced to face the reality that you don't actually know how to build for PvP as much as you think you do.
You also don't know what "bad faith" means. Arguing in bad faith means I don't actually have a point to make or I don't actually believe any of the things I'm saying and I'm just arguing for the sake of wasting your time. That's not what I'm doing, I am genuinely interested in giving you advice and helping you improve if you would actually tell me what your build was so I can go over it and tell you what areas you need to improve at and how to optimize better, but you continue to ego trip and refuse to actually do anything other than tip toe around the core issue and insist that you're perfect in every single way.
I don't care what a bunch of nobodies on the "official" ESO forums have to say. They're the same people that post here and post in reddit that ♥♥♥♥♥ and moan about whatever the flavor of the weak meta is. Threads like that exist for literally every spec in the entire game and have existed since the game launched.
I've played high level PvP in this game since the Beta, the meta is constantly fluctuating on a patch by patch basis but the core underlying pros and cons of every spec has remained the same, and whining that X is OP is useless because even if it is, the moment it gets nerfed then something else will be considered OP and that will be the new thing people ♥♥♥♥♥ about, so the best practice is to optimize your build specifically and learn how to play it at its skill ceiling, that way the only possibilities you have for a loss are getting outplayed or the person simply was better at playing their build than you.
The fact that you insist that you could do absolutely no damage to a MagDK tells me that your build is garbage and you don't know how to play your chosen spec at its skill ceiling, because I regularly go up against the res stacking magDK builds in both BGs and Cyrodiil and I have no trouble doing lethal damage to them through simple pressuring and comboing on a sub-level 50 magblade with blue gear. If I can do it, there is no reason you, Mr full legendaries totally optimized perfect PvP build, can't.
One single thread of a bunch of goof balls that play balance police is not "the entire official eso forum" lmfao
Good lord.
why cant you just accept the pvp in the game is busted beyond belief.
i didnt come to steam for advice but to fume at the imbalance and have already accepted the loss.
it goes on cycles as some class is always over-performing (devs make it "interesting" for pvp-ers)
it takes couple days to make toon with all necessary if lvl50/****cp and couple of hours if it will be bellow lvl50/ still with****cp. what is op you just play it... there is/was core vets that are good enough to play with what they want and bunch of people swapping to what meta is (mostly like in pve...)
deleting toons is kind of too impulsive, i've had mule toons made as joke becoming meta over the years.
as for dominant classes "nerf sorc" has become a joke...(nerf templar, stamcro, stamblade etc...)
(i don't even pvp with current servers, prefer to keep good memories)
magicka dragon knight skills just do way too much damage for very little magicka damage investment.
i mean my execute only does 18k at 6k weapon damage and 27k stamina.
magicka dragon knight skills just get way higher scaling than my full stamina 2 handed build.
and i will finaly come out and say it. i was a full stam nightblade with carving, execute grim grasp or what ever, rally and leeching strikes and berserker strike as my ultimate.
