Decide which you both like to play on, and try adding eachother again.
But you can only have one character on each server , so if either me or my friend has to switch servers to play together because for whatever reason not even Friends from America and Europe can play together....yeah
Well, yeah. They're two completely seperate servers. One for North America, the other for Europe.
yeah , but it sucks that you cant play with your character from european server on the north american one
It does, but it's the only way to ensure that players of both regions gets a stable game to play. Otherwise, most of us would have horrible connection or desync problems.
Okay , well thank you anyways , but yeah it kinda sucks
