Battle Spirit
First of all I must say that I do quite a lot of pvp and understand the purpose of the Battle Spirit (de)buff and the reasons behind it. But for me it really looks like an ugly crutch and a lazy design. Are ZOS even planning to balance thing out between pvp and pve? It shouldn't be that hard.

If you're asking why you get the extra health its because the only balance to abilities in pvp is the 50% mitigation of damage. But even that isnt enough, if you didnt have the battle spirit you'd get killed with 2 crystal frags.

As I said, I understand what battle spirit do and why. My point is the devs could, for example, take pvp numbers as a base and tweak pve mobs' and bosses' damage / health / resists / whatever accordingly, so that pve balance wouldn't change.

That's something that should have been discussed in pre-alpha, it's too late to change those things now

I don't think the changes would be greater than the ones introduced by One Tamriel, or a change in CP system they said they are going to "rethink".

Having them have to rework that would force them to also rework all the sets as well. Like think of all the changes they would have to do to the buffs/debuffs aswell.

idk I feel like the game is fine where it is when it comes to seperating the combat between PVP and PVE.

Maybe you are right. It doesn't have to be a manual rework though, some kind of complex function applied to all the numbers will do.
