From what you describe, it sounds like a complete network disconnect. I assume you do not go back to the character select screen when this happens?
If you come back, disable all your add-ons, then try a few instances where you were seeing failures. If there are no failures, then enable your add-ons one by one until you find the offender.
Let us know how it goes. :)
When I try to reconnect (it is giving me option) I simply cannot so I just restart the game and it is all good
They were, I started to play just when they got back online, was waiting until they were up again
I don't have any add-ons, just base game, Blackwood, Greymoor, Elsweyr, Summerset, and Morrowind chapters from yesterday's sale for less than €20 ^.^
If it is a real network connection failure, it is going to be difficult to isolate. If it is a corrupt file or configuration, might be easier. Some things to try (one at a time):
* If you are running over wireless, try connecting directly to the modem/router to test.
* Check your Network Adapter settings AND your modem/router settings and make sure they are BOTH set to IPv6. In the early days of IPv6 there were issues, but now the issues are with continuing to use IPv4, which usually requires conversion.
* Do repair operations both from Steam and from the Launcher.
* Whitelist both the Steam Common ESO directory and the Documents ESO directory in both your AntiVirus and Network Security.
* Test with a different character and see if it still disconnects.
* If you did not install ESO into the default directory, then uninstall and reinstall into the default directory. Be sure to delete the Documents ESO folder as well when uninstalling.
Good Luck
Gonna let ya know when I try it, thanks!
I guess I'll give up playing this one then...
In the ESO options, disable the "Multithreaded Rendering" option. This has caused a lot of problem on some systems.
I'm really grateful for everyone's help!
Be sure your graphics drivers are up-to-date. Check on the NVidia or Radeon websites to be sure.
Looking at task manager and I don't see any process which is accessing the network (except steam and the game ofc)...
I even disabled win defender and antivirus, added entire steam folder location as exeption and it is the same...
Shame for not be able to play it normally, I just give up...
Thanks a lot for your time and effort by trying to help
