a common misunderstanding in ESO forums is to call a chapter dlc, but you can only buy a chapter (or a bundel with previous chapters) somewhere else then ingame.
any dlc will only be available in the zenimax clown store!!
dont buy anywhere else, if it isnt the current chapter or a bundel with the previous!
also - if you buy somewhere else then Zeni or Steam, look out that you get the right version - means a steam version is not compatible with the zeni version, or vice versa.
i had no problem buying morrowind or summerset on another sales site - but thats a while ago now ;)
But, why would you risk it? Crowns are not that expensive, and if you subscribe you get 1650 Crowns a month and access to ALL DLC (Not Chapters) for as long as you subscribe. And, ALL Chapters are on sale now for $20 in the Blackwood bundle.
It makes ZERO sense to buy DLC or Chapters outside of the legit sources.
So, that justifies abandoning the agreement that was made when accepting the TOS/EULA? What's next? Piracy because the game is not 'affordable'? Slippery slope. One step leads to the next.
Wow. Just wow. At least look at the site and see what they are selling for ESO before posting this sort of thing. And spelling, punctuation, grammar? I don't think I would trust much of what is said as coming from any intelligent or reliable source.
Bottom line: Don't cheat. Don't steal. Don't scam. You won't regret it.
I don't see the DLC on sale here in Steam. Are you sure you don't mean the Blackwood chapter collection?
Take a look, it's everything, base game, Morrowind, Elsweyr, Summerset, Greymoor, and Blackwood, and some bonus stuff that I don't know what it is.
