Why is the download so big?

as the title says.. the game is around 95GB... :( and the network speed is really slow in my country

Its a game that you can sink over 1000 hours in and still not complete everything there is to do. Its a long wait but once its done just load up create a character that you will like and just ease into the game - dont rush and while youre waiting id advise reading up on character, classes - begginer tutoritals on you tube. if youre on EU server feel free to add me and ill guide you as best i can :)

delete french/german language packs and save 20GB

You're also downloading the *entire* game, meaning that if you unlock DLC with subscription/purchases, you can immediately access what you just got.

I have seen first person shooters with just a couple of maps of around 30 to 60 GB... so size wise, also knowing every line in the game is spoken by voice actors, this game is quite small compared to much more simple games.

bought the one with all the dlcs.. so i dont need sub yea?

prepare for disappointment: full chapters bundle contains only all chapters but not all dlc's...
with that said, actually it is a lot of content to keep you busy for a long time (and most of the people are in what you have purchased).
and if you don't want to keep subscription all the time, can wait for eso+ free play days, or jump occasionally for a month....

OR you just don't have to bother with trying to make the download any smaller or more optimized, because, you know, everyone should have super fast internet connection and a large SSD by now, if you don't, how is it the problem of the guys who write the code, huh?

Seriously, though, the size of it is a joke and a clear indication of a faulty programming
