Kvatch Arena

Hey Guys,
I dont know anything about Arenas, can someone help?
I have read on other forums that the Kvatch Arena quest is bugged,
It says it is supposed to be but is not on the bounty board or given by the arena master, is this correct, is it bugged or am i missing something? How do you pick the quest up?
Thanks for any help or knowledge you can give me.

you can get one of two daily quests from the board. once you have one you cant get the other for the entire day from the board. you could ask in chat for someone to share the quest, but you gotta get rid of the other daily quest first

also kvatch arena isn't an arena, it's a dolmen

WB. category, same day you could do both quests sharing with other players in group, but from board you get one of two just.
