Bastion Halix does not seem able to learn Psijic skill line

I have closed the portals in Iliac bay < 2nd quest> and still Halix has not got the skill ! ..Neither has Halix gained any raport whatsoever in over a hundred hours of careful play ! ,,, TBH he is useful but boring ! i would dearly like to cut his tongue out !

Do mages guild daily quests if you want to max him out.

Scratch that, it's another post by that guy that completely fails to understand ESO mechanics...

Simple answer was A OK ! ... just because i did not understand when first startin this game several hundred levels ago is no reason to try and take the urine ! No wonder so many people complain about the toxic community in this and so many other games ! .. Thanks tho for the honest answer ! I was under the assumption that companions could learn all skill lines !
