best place to grind for halloween loot drops?

any fast ways to grind loot boxes this time around?

You have to alternate between boss types for maximum effectivness. If you do that than the Plunder Skulls only have a three minute cooldown. There is a place in Bankori that has a delve, dolman, and wb all right next to each other that you can farm. Not to mention you'd be farming for Spriggan Stuff which sells for a lot depending if its got the right trait.

Dolmens and public dungeons, I pick a zone not being farmed as heavy to ensure getting a drop on the dolmen boss,sometimes if there are too many people I dont get a drop off the boss

Same for public dungeons, i pick the ones less farmed,rivenspire,eastmarch, the rift have all worked well for me. It helps if you can solo those places, most over lvl 25-30 with at level armor and a self heal can I'm sure.

I would try strifeswarm give, the boss pretty much always has 1 person fighting it. Every time I beat the boss I got skulls. (like all bosses) its south of davons watch in morrowind
