i got the vampire fountain and thrall in my house to increase and decrease my vampire stage but i cant use the thrall to feed upon ...
anyone who knows what to do already send a ticket but havent received anything back yet

Sneak behind it, keep some distance and feed. If you approach from the front and get back you won't be able to sneak because the game thinks you're in combat.

You'd feed from it like you do an NPC. You can also use the Blade of Woe on it to which is funny, but the reason feed requires you to be about 6-7 meters away is due to the vampire rework. Instead of leaving feed's distance as is the devs decided to make it no longer overlap the Blade of Woe and we got the current weird mess it is now.
