wrong leveling or skilling ?

soo i just wanna play without already looking up on 10000 guides on how to use my class right, but the thing is can you later on just reset all skills and points and everything ? or is there a way to ♥♥♥♥ up your class so that i have to start over ?

In the three alliance capitals (Elden Root, Wayrest, Mournhold) you'll find "rededication shrines" that let you respec your attribute points, skill points, or skill morphs. It only costs gold and the cost is pretty low. You also get a free respec scroll as a level-up reward somewhere between level 40 and 50.

In short - feel free to experiment. :) You can always change your attributes and skills if you want to.

You can at any time reset your skill points,change morphs of skills and change your attribute points (stamina,magicka,health)
For this you simply have to visit any major city and go to the shrines. In the base game those are:

-Aldmeri Dominion : Shrine to Stendarr in Elden Root, Grahtwood. Attribute Reset : Shrine to Auriel, Elden Root
-Ebonheart Pact : Shrine to Stuhn is in Mournhold, Deshaan. Attribute Reset : Shrine to Kyne, Mournhould
-Daggerfall Covenant : Shrine to Stendarr is in Wayrest, Stormhaven. Attribute Reset : Shrine to Akatosh, Wayrest

If you're not in a real hurry to become the best in show I just tend to quietly level everything up - especially all class and weapon skills and passives. That way you get a feel for what you enjoy using and for what you definitely hate. Also you get a very versatile character late game,
