Is Mehrunes Dagon the strongest combat Prince?

We got Molag Bal, Noctural, and now Dagon himself. While every prince is powerful in his own right like Mora having a lot of knowledge, and Sheo being madnesss. I feel like in direct combat Mehrunes Dagon is probably the strongest one. Dagon might also have the strongest and largest military force out of all the Daedric Princes. Although Molag Bal comes close.

When it comes to direct warfare and combat I think it goes like Mehrunes Dagon and his army > Molag Bal and his army > all the others.

He's most likely nowhere near his prime powers after getting cursed. And he was cursed way before ESO's timeline and still haven't regained his full power by the time of Skyrim.

Mehrune Dagon is the strongest deadric prince in terms of raw power, but the community largely agrees that Sheogorath is the most powerful in terms of power and ability use it effectively and more cleverly than the rest.

Boethiah might be the most powerful in that case since she can play multiple sides while still being very strong in combat herself. Although her army isn't as large as Bal or Dagons.
