so just redo the entire coldharbour questline, ebonheart pact storyline, cadwells silver, and cadwells gold, west skyrim and reach level 50 cp 160 again........... really........
you make a new character, you pick a class. everyone has at least one character for every class. there are 18 character slots so it's enough to make 1 DD, 1 tank and 1 healer per class
you gotta level them up, but how you do it is yours to decide. you can just log in every day, do a random dungeon and log out until they reach lvl 50 or you could actively powerlevel them. you do not need to worry about cp, as that's account wide.
just having one main is fine. you do not need to repeat every quest with every character
Also if your main has CP points you can allocate them to your new character from level 1 making it even easier to level up. But it also allows you to take your level 1 to a DLC area rather than a starter area from day one.
There are lots of places where you can grind for experience and some really fun builds out there to use while grinding. Of course there's always the Alki'r desert dolmen gig - but I tend to lose the will to live on that.
So, the process is like this - >
1. Create a new toon and ask friend to carry you in skyreach (you will easily reach lvl 50 in one day)
2. Buy the skill lines from "Crown Store" (these will be available to use only if you have unlocked them on your main toon, hence i said that you need to max all the skill lines for your main)
3. Buy skill points from "Crown Store"
4. Build your desired build
P.S.-> if you don't have Crowns to buy then the other option would be to farm gold and then check with your guildies/friends to buy you those skill lines as gift in exchange for the gold that you farmed
It's like one guy created Nord Sorcerer because he looks cool in heavy armor. NB has skills for tanking. actually every class has once you get overpowered Vigor. What do you expect to find in other classes that you can't have in NB?
Really though a NB tank can get good HoT from the healing Cloak morph + Vigor and it dodges the battle spirit nerf soon.
All classes are created to fill all roles, and the more you paly them the more you notice the difference is more in visuals and style of sustaining resources more than major gameplay differences.
Also I already hate the tokens in MMO's since they remove so much of the initial opportunity cost and meaning of a created character so I wouldn't want to see a class change token.
actually, i'm agreed with OP
although i think its not gonna happen :P
just give the class change token in crown store,
i'm sure many many people will buy it
and about anyone saying "why not create the new char ?", its not the same!
its not that easy!
first you need 1500c to buy a new slot!
second, for me,....i DON'T want to redo all over again the horse skills to max 3x60 speed/stam and carry load,
well, you can buy them in crowns : right?
ok, you need each 10 horse upgrade = 1000c ..and now you x18 = 18.000c
good luck...
and still many many more,...sky shards, alliance points....etc
I agree.
They could do something VERY COMMON in mmo world, like account-wide-shared-achievements. I dont play my alts because im too invested on my main. So if anything im more likely ot quit rather than make new-meta-class lol
