Set scaling question for PTS players

Okay so I've seen how stupid the math of the scaling can be and the upcoming procs if not nerfed will be nasty.

But do the more vanilla sets also scale? Like the ones that give straight up weapon damage to bleed, martial and poison skills?

since this is pts topic i guess it might be relevant and interesting,
Can someone check on pts if PALE ORDER NURF is applied when you go to dungeon with your companion? does it give 20% health back in duet like that or is it -4% for companion?
