Question about dlc's

Hey there , i was just wondering if i get a pre purchase key from the sites that are around for blackwood dlc i will be able to activate it or no since its already released?Might be stupid question but i wanna be sure i dont get myself a key that wont work!

Yeah, you can buy keys from other websites and unlock the associated DLC with that. You can even buy Zenimax keys and redeem it through their website and download them through there instead of Steam, or vice versa. I personally bought Greymoor through a key website and redeemed it through Zenimax since it was cheaper than the Steam key.

Yea but was it like Pre-Purchase key or a simple key or it dosent even matter?

The DLC key will simply "unlock" the associated DLC for you you, there's no difference in it. The only pre-purchase you can currently do is for the upcoming next chapter but I assume that isn't the one you're trying to purchase. Let's say you want to buy the Greymoor DLC, you can choose to buy a Zenimax key or a Steam key, then redeem them, and you'll unlock the DLC the next time you log into the game.

Although alternatively you can choose to subscribe to the membership program called ESO+ that will provide you crowns, the crafting bag, and unlocks to all recent DLCs (excluding Greymoor) for the time that you're subscribed.

Yeah, Blackwood is only available to pre-order right now, so there aren't any keys available for it since it hasn't came out yet.
